The race is open for riders of the Men Elite/U23, Woman Elite/U23, Men Juniors and Woman Juniors. The event is registered on the international UCI calendar.
Die Veranstaltung ist registriert als C 1 – Rennen. Es gelten die Regeln der UCI.
The race is registered as a class C1 race. The rules and regulations laid down by the UCI are applicable.

- Trainingszeiten / training times
Für Cross-Country Lizenzfahrer findet am Sa. 18.05.2024 ab 12:30 bis 13.30Uhr ein offizielles und am So. 19.05.2024 von 7:30 bis 8:30 Uhr ein inoffizielles Training auf der kompletten Strecke statt.
For Cross-Country licence riders an official training will take place at the 18th of Mai from 0:30pm till 1.30pm and at the 28th of Mai from 7:30am till 8.30am on the complete course.
- Nummern Ausgabe und Rennbüro / Race Headquarters
Die Ausgabe der Startnummern für die Lizenzfahrer erfolgt am Freitag, 17.05.2024 von 16:00 bis 19:00 Uhr. Am Samstag, 18.05.2024 ab 7:00 Uhr bis jeweils 1,5 Stunden vor dem Start des betreffenden Rennens.
Am Sonntag, 19.05.2024 ab 7:30 Uhr bis jeweils 1,5 Stunden vor dem Start des betreffenden Rennens.
Rennbüro und Anmeldung befinden sich im Container Start/Ziel.
The distribution of the race numbers for the licence riders will take place at the 17 th of May from 4pm until 7pm. And the 18 th of May from 7am until 1,5 hours before the start of the current race. And the 19 th of May from 7:30 am until 1,5 hours before the start of the current race. Race Headquarters – start-finish Area.

Die Teilnahmegebühren für Rennen im internationalen Kalender werden für jeden Fahrer erlassen, der einem UCI Elite MTB Team angehört. Dies gilt nur für die Disziplin, in der das Team einen Elite-Status hat und nicht für Etappenrennen, UCI MTB Marathon-Serien und Enduro-Veranstaltungen.
Race entry fees for events on the international calendar are waived for any rider
belonging to a UCI elite MTB team. This applies only to the discipline in which the team has elite status and does not apply to stage races, UCI MTB marathon series and enduro events. Late registrations are not possible at the moment.
Anmeldung
Online Anmeldung bis 08.Mai 2024 24:00Uhr
Online Nachmeldung ab 09.05 bis 16.05.2024 24:00Uhr zuzüglich Nachmeldegebühr. Meldungen nach dem 16.05.2024 nur vor Ort bis 2 Stunden vor dem jeweiligen Rennen möglich, es fällt zur Nachmeldegebühr eine zusätzliche Bearbeitungsgebühr von 15,00€ an.
Frühbucherrabatt: Für alle Anmeldungen die vor dem 01.4.2024 erfolgen gewähren wir einen Nachlass von 5,00€.
Abmeldung
Eine Abmeldung muss bis spätestens 18.05.2024 erfolgen, ansonsten sind sämtliche Gebühren zur Zahlung fällig.
Online registration until May 8, 2024 midnight.
Online late registration from May 9th to May 16th 2024 midnight plus late registration fee. Reports after May 16th 2024 only possible on site up to 2 hours before the respective race, there is an additional processing fee of €15.00 in addition to the late registration fee.
Early bird discount: We grant a discount of € 5.00 for all registrations made before April 1st 2024.
Deregistration
Deregistration must be done by May 18 2024 at the latest, otherwise all fees are due for payment.
- Siegerehrungen / Award ceremonies
Die Siegerehrungen finden ca. 30 Minuten nach dem Zieleinlauf des Siegers des jeweiligen Rennens statt.
Ein Nichterscheinen nach dem dritten Aufruf durch den Sprecher, führt zum Ausschluss des Preisgeldes.
Die Siegerehrung findet gegenüber des Start-/Zielbereiches, auf der Bühne statt. Die ersten Fünf des Rennes nehmen an der Siegerehrung teil.
The award ceremony takes place about 30 minutes after the finish of the winner of the respective race.
Nonappearance after the third call (by the official announcer) will end in the exclusion of the prize money. The award ceremony takes place towards the start/finish area, on the stage. The first five placed riders of the race attend the official award ceremony.
- Strafen / Penalties
Das UCI Strafen Reglement wird angewendet.
The UCI penalty scale will be applied.
- Dopingkontrolle / dopingcontrol
Gemäß den Vorschriften der UCI werden bei dem Rennen Dopingkontrollen durchgeführt.
According to the UCI regulations the Anti-Doping controls will taken place.
- Besprechungen / Meetings
Am Samstag, 18.05.2024 um 18:30 Uhr erfolgt ein Briefing für alle Beteiligten unter Teilnahme des Kommissärs-Kollegiums im Bereich des Start-/Zielbereiches auf dem Renngelände.
On Saturday, 18 th of May 2024 at 6:30 pm there will be a briefing for all involved persons / team managers in presence of the members of the commissaires panel at the start-/finish line area.
